Rates and Services

$225 for ½ day trip (4 hours)

$275 for ¾ day trip (6 hours)

$325 for a full day trip (8 hours)

Rates are for 1 or 2 people.  If you would like to bring a third person it's an extra $50.

I will accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. Credit card payments are made through Pay Pal. There is an additional $10 Processing Fee applied when payment is by credit card.  Credit cards are a pain because my business is out on the water.  but we can still do it, just make sure you let me know ahead of time and we'll take care of it before hand. 

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a date.  Most people just send me a check.

Corporate Trips Available

Corporate trips are for groups of clients, employees or friends.  I organize other fishing guides from around the lake to take out your group. It consists of two people plus a guide, in every boat and is usually for a ½ day trip. These trips are a lot of fun because we usually have a little competition for things such as; big fish, best stringer and the ugliest fish.         

Never been on a guided fishing trip before? This is what you can expect.

Once the trip is booked, you need to get a Missouri fishing license.

Resident Yearly license --$12

Daily permit --$ 7

Non-Resident one day $7.50

The daily permit is good for MO residents or nonresidents. You can go to most gas stations down here at the lake, Osage Beach Bait & Tackle, or any Wal-Mart. You can also get your license online by visiting http://www.wildlifelicense.com/mo/. Anyone 16 and older needs a license.

What to bring for the day

What I will bring

I will bring all of the tackle, rods, reels, equipment, line and any bait that will be needed. I’ve got a 21’ Procraft SuperPro with a 225hp Mercury Optimax capable of handling the sometimes rough water of Lake of the Ozarks. My boat has a built in cooler that will already have ice in it when I pick you up. I do not charge extra for anything, unlike some other guides. With me everything is included in a flat rate. No added charge for gas, bait, oil, ice or fish cleaning (as long as time permits). I will also supply sun screen to make sure you stay comfortable for the rest of your vacation.

I’ll pick you up

If you are not staying at the Tan-Tar-A Resort we will talk and find a common meeting place. Often times it is an obvious spot like Wal-Mart, HyVee, or a gas station at a specific intersection. From there we put the boat in and it is time to fish. The majority of my clients stay at Tan-Tar-A Resort. I can pick you up at the marina which is very convenient for everyone. I will be waiting for you at the marina right in front of Windrose Restaurant, next to the Arrowhead Pool.  This is a picture of the dock.  

No Fish--No Pay Policy

If we don’t catch a fish your next trip is 100% FREE.
